1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You have read and fully understood these terms and conditions;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are using this platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Using an online betting platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your place of residence;
• The funds you use for betting are lawfully obtained and not proceeds of any illegal activity.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Winner33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Winner33 does not permit underage individuals to use this platform under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are under court protection are not permitted to use Winner33.
• Not a Winner33 Employee: Full-time and part-time Winner33 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as members or participate in any promotions.
• Geographic Restrictions: Winner33 operates for users in Malaysia. Access from certain restricted countries or regions may result in blocked access. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to own and operate only one (1) Winner33 account. This includes accounts registered under different information but belonging to the same individual, or accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address;
• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential;
• Notify Winner33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Keeping your account information current, especially your phone number and payment method.

Winner33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account, particularly where such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Winner33 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

• DuitNow (QR and bank transfer)
• FPX — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect and other Malaysian banks

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per deposit transaction;
• Processing time: Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are credited in under 60 seconds. FPX deposits take 1–5 minutes depending on the bank's system;
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Winner33 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly;
• Ownership: All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension;

5Withdrawals

Winner33 members may withdraw funds from their account balance in accordance with the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per withdrawal request;
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are processed via DuitNow or FPX to a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's name. Withdrawals to third-party e-wallets may be available subject to current policy;
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes for standard withdrawals. Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require up to 24 hours for additional security verification;
• Identity verification: Winner33 reserves the right to request identity verification (a copy of your MyKad) before processing a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold. This is a standard security measure and does not indicate any issue with your account;
• Bonus wagering requirement: Any balance arising from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. Your original deposit balance (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time;
• Payment method consistency: Winner33 encourages members to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals to help expedite the verification process.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Winner33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly rebates, VIP cashback, and special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a different wagering requirement, as explicitly stated in its respective promotion terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal can be made;
• Validity period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will automatically expire and be forfeited;

8Prohibited Member Conduct

Winner33 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following while using the platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tools to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Transferring account balances to another member, or receiving transfers from another member, for purposes that violate the betting terms;
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Winner33 platform as a channel to transfer funds from illegal sources;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or identity-masking tools to circumvent geographical restrictions or security measures put in place by Winner33;
• Sending communications that are threatening, harassing, racist or offensive in nature to the support team or other members;
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt Winner33's technical systems in any way.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal proceedings depending on the severity of the breach.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Winner33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Failure to submit identity or age verification documents within the specified timeframe;
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting Winner33 support. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 business days.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Winner33 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting activity, including losses arising from unexpected outcomes;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Winner33's control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters or regulatory directives;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account by a third party due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Winner33 platform.

Winner33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gambling

Winner33 is committed to responsible gambling practices. As part of this commitment:

• The Winner33 platform is for users aged 18 and above only. Winner33 employs multiple mechanisms to detect and block access by underage users;
• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a 72-hour waiting period applies before any upward adjustment takes effect;
• Members can activate session loss limits, play time limits, and play time reminder notifications;
